City Clinic in Adelaide is the best! It's busy, but the reception and doctors are doing their best to help everyone. Dr. Faisal Chaudary has been my doctor for four years and is amazing. Plan for a 30-minute to 1-hour wait due to high demand. It's worth it for the great care!

Good service, only around a 35 min wait, my GP was fantastic, and zero dollars out of pocket. Can’t ask for much more.

Wait times definitely vary, I was about to start complaining but reception staff explained how the bulk billing system works, appointment time slots are only 10 minutes apart and only just allows enough time to treat one issue per person. They also said they cannot remain bulkbilling if these time slots were extended! Doctors even miss lunch and toilet breaks during for 10-12 shifts. We need to be more mindful of the pressures and stress placed on the businesses and workers within the public health system! If there are capacity issues, they are not to the ones to blame! Wait times are definitely worth it with these doctors, they are always kind, attentive and willing to help!

I had a consult with Dr Rose at City Clinic when I was feeling very unwell with a viral infection. She was extremely thorough in checking me over, ordered blood tests, and provided antibiotics to help me recover. Throughout the consultation, Dr Rose was caring, attentive, and clearly very knowledgeable. I felt well looked after and confident in her care. I highly recommend Dr Rose to anyone looking for a professional and compassionate doctor.

Dr Rajat is a great doctor here, attentive and actually listens to you. Sometimes gets quite busy but the wait time usually isn’t too long. Convenient online booking available aim hot doc app

One of the few clinics still offering bulk billing, which these days feels almost historic. Who would have thought our precious Medicare has degraded so fast, along with the rising costs of everything. Yeah yeah yeah, I hear some people complain that the waiting time can be long, but as Poirot would say, use your little grey cells. Would you rather wait 15 minutes to an hour, or pay $100+ to cut the queue? Paying private clinic prices for the same outcome is like paying business class prices and still boarding with Group 6. Your choice.

Everything went well from start to end of my visit, no long waits. I arrived at the clinic 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment, entered a clean and pleasant-smelling clinic while being greeted by friendly and approachable receptionists. Showed my Medicare card for them to verify my booked appointment and took a seat. A few minutes before my scheduled appointment time, the doctor called me in and we had a good chat in his room. All done in less than 10 minutes, as he greeted me off. I was very happy with the whole process that I treated myself to a scrumptious Portuguese custard tart at the Central Market (conveniently 5 minutes’ walk away from this City Clinic)🥧☕️ Thank you City Clinic team!
